Email newsletter
We use MailerLite to manage our mailing list. If you click to submit the newsletter sign-up form, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailerLite for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy www.mailerlite.com/privacy-policy and Terms of Service www.mailerlite.com/terms-of-service. MailerLite are based in Lithuania in the European Union.
My data
The personal contact information that I have provided to comply with German Law may not be used to send me advertising, marketing or information material that I have not explictitly requested. Neither may my telephone number be used to contact me for these purposes. I reserve the right to take legal action against any person or company doing so.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (henceforward: „Google“). Google Analytics uses so called "Cookies", which are text files that are stored on your computer and allow for the analysis of website usage. The information about your usage of the this website that is stored in the cookie is, as a rule, transfered to a Google server in the USA and stored there. As this website activated IP-anonymisation, if you are within the European Union or another Signatory country of the European Economic Area, your IP Address is shortened beforehand. Your full IP address is only transferred to Google's servers in the USA in exceptional cases, and then anonymised there. The information provided to Google is used by Google on behalf of the owner of this website to analise your use of the website, to collate reports about website usage. Length of storage
Data is deleted as long as there isn't a legal reason why it should be stored for a longer time (for example, because a contract has been entered into). It is deleted as soon as legally viable.
Third country data transfer
Google processes your data in the USA and has signed up to the EU_US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. We have also agreed to the standard data protection contractual agreement with Google Analytics.
Necessary usage
The use of your personal data is done with your permission through your explicit agreement. If you withdraw your agreement, it could reduce the functionality of this website.
Withdrawal of agreement
You can stop cookies being stored using your browser software. You should be aware that this might mean that you cannot use the full functionality of this website.
